What kind of data do we collect? 
Mit
vas primarily processes personal data that you, as our contractor, provide us voluntarily in the course of our business relationship or by registering on one of our websites. We can also receive information containing your personal data from our business partners in the supply chain or from public registers.

The personal data we collect for you are name, surname, telephone, e-mail, address needed:

o  when bidding and performing services; upon conclusion of a contract for delivery and sale.

o  when registering on one of our websites and completing the contact form on the website;

o  when you send a request for a service /product through our websites and as a contact to receive promotional and information materials;

o  video recording - when visiting the building of the company;

Without providing us the personal information described above, we will not be able to perform the services / deliver the products you expect from us.

Why do we collect your data? 
Mitvas processes your personal data solely for the following purposes:

o  Service of inquiries and requests /contracts for the services / goods provided by the company or for supplies of goods and services for the needs of the company, as well as the relations that arise on this occasion;

o  Providing personalized service, according to your needs;

In such cases, we process your personal data for performance of contract for the delivery  of a service /product, as well as for taking steps to conclude such a contract, in accordance with Art. 6, para 1 b. (b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

 

The other purposes for which we process your data are:

o  Providing marketing and promotional materials, promotional offers; information about events and news in the field of logistics;

o  Administrative and statistical goals such as business research and customer service inquiries;

In these cases, we process your data upon your prior consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

itvas processes your personal data by electronic means of recording and storing information or by keeping a physical (paper) form. All electronic and paper media containing personal data are protected by appropriate organizational and technical measures according to the requirements for prevention of accidental or willful destruction, accidental loss, unauthorized access, alteration or distribution as well as other illegal forms of processing.

In some cases, we may have an obligation to provide information to the competent public authorities, which we are obliged by law to comply with.

We do not provide your information to third parties to be used by them for marketing purposes

We store your data for the term specified in the applicable regulatory requirements. If no such time limit is specified, your data will be destroyed after completion of the purposes for which they were collected.
